I accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards. Payment is due by the end of each session unless otherwise negotiated.

I am not currently accepting new clients with private or commercial health plans or insurance, except that I will provide "Super-bill" receipts for clients with PPO plans in which the client pays for services up front and submits receipts for reimbursement.

Clients with PPO Insurance may see any provider they choose, although seeing a non-preferred provider may cost somewhat more than a provider that is contracted with your insurance.

Clients with PPO insurance must pay full fee (credit card) at the start of each session. I can provide a thorough billing statement (a "Super-bill) for you to use for reimbursement of your fees from your insurance company.

If 24 hour notice is not given to cancel a session, client is charged a $75 fee.
