I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and a California Endorsed - Infant-Family and Early Childhood Mental Health Specialist. As a Spanish-speaking Latina, I bring over 16 years of clinical and leadership experience, committed to delivering compassionate, culturally informed, and trauma-responsive services to children and families. Professionally I provide reflective supervision to clinical and non-clinical individuals who wish to deepen their understanding of their relational work. I serve as faculty for the National Center for Reflective Supervision and Practice (NCRSP) focusing on shaping future leaders and systemic reflective practice.
